What we collect When you call to book an appointment, we note your name and phone number so we can hold your slot and reach you if something changes. If you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we see what you send us there. Visiting this website itself does not add you to any list we keep.

Why we keep it This information is used only to run the salon: booking you in, contacting you about your appointment, and nothing else.

Who else sees it Nobody outside the salon sees your booking details. Card payments made in the salon are handled by our payment terminal provider, not stored by us.

How long we keep it Booking details are kept only as long as needed to manage appointments and are not kept on any mailing list.

Your rights You can ask Tom directly, by phone or message, for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
